She is a trauma-informed, sensual somatic business mentor, keynote speaker, and consultant with over a decade of experience supporting women to build profitable, sustainable businesses without abandoning themselves in the process. Her work integrates embodiment, nervous system regulation, identity work, and business strategy — creating results that last because they are rooted in the body, not burnout.
Trained in Brainspotting (Phase 1) and Reiki, Emma brings a deep understanding of how trauma, conditioning, and survival patterns shape the way women show up in visibility, sales, leadership, and money — and how to gently, powerfully rewire them.
